Our mission
To mobilise young people to deliver direct, dignified relief — food, clean water, healthcare and education — to the families and communities who need it most.
We Make a Difference (WMD) is a youth-led humanitarian movement born in 2018 from a simple belief: ordinary young people, organised and determined, can change real lives. Today we're 200+ volunteers turning everyday generosity into food, healthcare and education across Pakistan.

To mobilise young people to deliver direct, dignified relief — food, clean water, healthcare and education — to the families and communities who need it most.
A Pakistan where no family is left behind in crisis, and where a generation of young people leads with compassion, transparency and action.
A handful of students pooled their pocket money to run a single ration drive. The response told us this had to be bigger.
As the pandemic hit, we scaled emergency food and medicine relief to families who lost their income overnight.
When floods devastated Sindh, our volunteers were among the first on the ground with shelter, water and rescue.
What began with one drive is now a year-round movement of programs, campaigns and chapters across Pakistan.
Every rupee is tracked and reported. Donors see exactly where their generosity goes.
We serve people as equals — never as charity cases. Respect comes before everything.
We're led by young people who refuse to wait for someone else to act.
We measure ourselves by families reached, not meetings held. We show up.
Whether you give, volunteer or partner with us — there's a place for you in this movement.
