WMD (We Make a Difference) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) in Pakistan, established in 2018. We are a youth-led humanitarian organization dedicated to serving humanity through various programs including food distribution, medical assistance, education support, and disaster relief.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and applications
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or abuse our website or services
- Not impersonate any person or entity
- Respect the intellectual property rights of WMD and others

4.1 General Terms:
- All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by law
- Donations are processed through secure payment gateways
- Tax receipts are provided for eligible donations as per Pakistani law
- WMD reserves the right to use donations where they are most needed unless specified otherwise
4.2 Transparency:
- We maintain 100% transparency in fund utilization
- Regular reports are published on our website and social media
- Donors can request information about how their contributions are used

Volunteers agree to:
- Provide accurate information in volunteer applications
- Follow WMD’s code of conduct and operational guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of beneficiary information
- Represent WMD professionally in all activities
- Complete assigned tasks to the best of their ability
WMD reserves the right to:
- Accept or reject volunteer applications
- Terminate volunteer relationships for cause
- Reassign volunteers based on organizational needs

When submitting a case for assistance:
- All information provided must be truthful and accurate
- WMD will verify submitted cases before providing assistance
- Approval for assistance is based on need, urgency, and available resources
- WMD is not obligated to provide assistance to every submitted case
- False or fraudulent submissions may result in legal action

All content on wmd.org.pk, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of WMD and protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

WMD provides services on an “as is” basis. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee:

- Error-free content
- Specific outcomes from our programs
WMD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
