As the Director of Human Resources at We Make a Difference (WMD), she leads HR strategy with the goal of building a values-driven, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture that aligns with the mission of social impact.
Her background combines experience in program management, capacity building, and human resource development across educational and nonprofit sectors. She has worked closely with diverse teams, volunteers, and leadership to design transparent HR processes, strengthen recruitment and onboarding, support professional growth, and foster a culture of trust and accountability.
She is particularly passionate about nurturing young talent, promoting equitable opportunities, and creating environments where individuals feel supported, heard, and motivated to contribute their best. At WMD, her aim is to ensure that people remain at the heart of every initiative.
